1. Introduction

Chinastar LED adopts a specially designed circuit layout and multi-layer PCB process. The soft LED module display achieves an optimal bending angle of >135 degrees and is suitable for various artistic shapes, such as cylindrical screens, wave screens, streamer screens, etc.

The soft bottom case adopts a fully hollow design. The electrostatic magnet has strong magnetic force and good flatness. The flatness can be finely adjusted. It adopts adsorption-type installation, which does not deglue and is not prone to corner problems. It is convenient for maintenance and improves safety.

In addition, the flexible LED module display is designed with high grayscale and high refresh rate. The grayscale level can reach 10-16BIT and the refresh frequency is as high as 3840HZ, ensuring that the image is presented without delay or smear. Distributed scanning and modular design technology are used to improve the reliability and stability of the display.

2. Main Features

1)  The standard module size is 240X120mm, low current, low heat, high contrast and high refresh rate;

2) The bottom shell is equipped with 18 magnets, each with a content of 2500GS, which makes the bonding force between the module and the box stronger, and the height of the magnets is adjustable, effectively improving the flatness and use effect of the screen;

3) Supports front and rear installation/maintenance design, and front and rear waterproof technology meets IP40 waterproof level requirements;

4) There is a protective cover on the surface of the module lamp to protect the lamp beads, prevent reflection, and prevent solid dust from entering;

5) The anti-fall safety rope is used in combination with reinforced magnets to improve the safety level of use and prevent the module from falling due to strong winds or high-altitude installation;

6) Adopt a specially designed circuit layout and adopt multi-layer PCB process design to adapt to flexible deformation. At the same time, the bottom shell adopts a fully hollow design to enhance the ventilation and heat dissipation effect. It is also equipped with powerful magnetism to ensure that it is not easy to deglue in the bending state. .

7) Using special flexible materials, such as flexible substrates and flexible packaging materials, these materials can remain flat during bending and deformation to avoid warping.
